Application Process

How to Apply

Both new and returning grantees must submit an initial Letter of Intent (“LOI”)  through our online Grant Portal.  Paper applications will not be accepted.  The Batchelor Foundation limits one LOI per non-profit during any 365 day calendar period (“Grant Period”).  Submission by the non-profit of an additional LOI within any given Grant Period, even if for another distinctly different charitable program or project, will not be accepted for grant consideration by the Batchelor Foundation.

LOIs are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year.  Once the LOI has been internally reviewed by the Foundation’s management, the nonprofit organization will be informed via email if it has been approved for submission of a more formal grant application (“Formal Application”) during one of the Foundation’s quarterly grant cycles.  The fully completed Formal Application must be submitted online through our Grant Portal by the due date schedule set forth below.

Any Formal Application received after the due date for any given quarterly grant cycle will be considered for the next quarterly grant cycle.
