How to Apply
Returning grantees must submit an initial Letter of Intent (“LOI”) through our online Grant Portal. Paper applications will not be accepted. The Batchelor Foundation limits one LOI per non-profit during any 365 day calendar period (“Grant Period”). Submission by the non-profit of an additional LOI within any given Grant Period, even if for another distinctly different charitable program or project, will not be accepted for grant consideration by the Batchelor Foundation.
LOIs are accepted during one of the Foundation’s quarterly grant cycles. Once the LOI has been internally reviewed by the Foundation’s management, the nonprofit organization will be informed via email if it has been approved for submission of a more formal grant application (“Formal Application”) . The fully completed Formal Application must be submitted online through our Grant Portal by the due date schedule set forth below.
As of November 15, 2023, the Batchelor Foundation will only accept grant applications from nonprofits that we have funded in the past. New nonprofit grant requests are by “invitation only”. We will not accept unsolicited letters of intent.
